This is my third sirius radio. Unfortunately this is my second xact, and my last. I have emailed xact (the only way to contact xact) three times. I have gotten no response from anyone there. Sirius is no help either. In fact I am considering canceling my sirius account and going back to commercial radio. It is easier listening to commercials then it is to deal with all of the trouble I have had with the radios over the last two months. I caution everyone that xact is JUNK. Run away from xact as fast as you can. This product is a waste of time and money. I am sure there are radios out there that work better. I just have not found one yet.
