Worst on-line purchase I ever made – Thomas Hogan – SPRING, TEXAS, US
I ordered the machine as a birthday present. The looks were OK, but the product did not work as expected. No Audio from CD, No volumn control at all, No Balance control at all. Upon TRYING to get help, I finaly discovered that the “Help” telephone system was nothing more than an Answering Machine, and the Web Help was a static form that only forwarded emails.

However when returning the item through Amazon, I was very satisfied.

Needless to say, this was the worst on-line purchase I have ever made. And will NOT buy this brand again.

Singing Machine ISM-370 Multi-Function Karaoke System with iPod Docking

Good for the price, but not what I expected – X. Duan – SAN JOSE, CA, US
This machine has almost all the functionalities for a MUSIC PLAYER and provides decent sound quality. However if you are looking for a KARAOKE player there are 2 shortcomings I would have to point out.
1. It does not take vocal out.
2. It does not support MTV disc, which means, it can only play CDG discs, and you need to connect to TV to see the lyrics.

The good thing is, it supports iPod touch playing, just without the charging function and cannot play video clips from the iPod.
