I have used Iceland health for years, and because of a recent herniated disc, decided to try this product because it combines glucosomine and omega 3. It worked better than Osteo-bi-flex while providing the omega 3 I used to take separately.

I have found it better than pain relievers, steroid injections, and muscle relaxants. In addition, it does not harm your body the way those other options do.

I take two a day, and find that I am able to move better, and experience much less pain in my spine. My joints do not crack and pop like they used to when I move.

Finally, Amazon has a great price. On the Iceland Health site this product would cost at least twice as much.
