(DRIVERS)-Our Service Technicians perform towing, battery jumps, tire changes, lock-outs, minor repairs, and other emergency road services. Utilize communication equipment with dispatchers in order to respond quickly and accurately to member needs. Good organization skills are important to maintain legible records. Our employees take great pride in providing the very best in customer service on all levels, so professional and courteous interaction with all contacts including members and employees is key in this position. A neat and well groomed appearance is important. Requires a Good driving record, good oral and written communication skills, ability to work varying shifts/days, mechanical aptitude and lifting of heavy equipment. Experience is preferred, however WE WILL TRAIN YOU!
