Dynamic N Las Vegas Manufacturing organization in need of Shift Supervisor associate will be responsible for supervising production line operation according to plant policies and procedure.
Train and coach line employees, conduct performance reviews, coordinate production start up, shutdowns, and changeovers
Consult with Production Masnager & Human Resources for appropriate Staffing Levels Assist in Production as necessary
MUST HAVE SOLID WORK EXPERIENCE IN PLASTIC EXTRUSION.
At least 3-5 years of superviosry experience in a manufacturing-preferably extrusion environment.
Ability to learn new processes quickly, to give clear direction, to motivat people, and to reinforce employees positive work performance.
Desire to work in a fast paced, growth oriented environment with an expectaion to utilize systems for productive feedback and accountability
Commitment to teamwork and continuous inprovement
