Atlantis Hosta -Amazing Plant with 5′ Wide Clump-Potted Hirts: Perennials; Shade: HOSTA: It is difficult to find a garden that is without this versitile East Asian native. Lush foliage in diverse colors, heights and textures, coupled with its ability to excel in deep shade have captured gardeners’ hearts everywhere.
This is a superb tetraploid mutation of H. ‘Abba Dabba Do’ from Avent T/Hansen H. The clump is huge, 5′ wide of slightly wavy, pointed green leaves. Each leaf is bordered with a very light yellow margin. The vigorous clump is topped with 30″ spikes with light lavender flowers. This hosta has a wider edge and is an improvement over the parent plant H. ‘Abba Dabba Do’.
