The main reason I like this book is because of the many wonderful problems it has. It is well organized and has solutions to all the problems, so it is excellent to train oneself for mathematics competitions.
One thing it lacks, in my opinion, is more worked out examples to illustrate the techniques. It lacks the basics, as it doesn’t teach how to think about problems in general, giving good ideas to solve problems in general, such as “do simple cases”, “work backwards”, “go for a contradiction”.
Great resource.
