Responsibilities: Primary responsibilities include working with team members (other Assistant Managers, General Manager, Area Marketing Coordinators, Unit-level Employees) to build and increase sales over the previous year’s sales and maintain profitability, while ensuring employee and guest satisfaction, without compromising concept integrity.
